With the development of science and technology, there are more and more high-rise buildings in urban construction. For high-rise buildings to be safe in construction, there must be safetyElevatorPlatform equipment. Lifts must be used for high-altitude work or material transportation.

One, useElevatorLifting equipment is safe for high-altitude operations. When using this type of equipment, the specifications and models of the elevator should be strictly controlled. There are many kinds of lifting equipment, and the performance tends to be intelligent. However, it is very important to maintain the equipment when it is in use, and it is very important to carry out the necessary daily maintenance of the equipment.

Second, it is necessary to master the correct maintenance method of the filter and pipeline of the equipment. The maintenance of the pipes and filters of the elevator is very important. When repairing the equipment, turn off the power, throw away the residual hydraulic oil in the equipment system, tighten the joints of the equipment, take out the internal oil filter, and thoroughly clean the filter.

Third, when cleaning the filter of the elevator, try to use compressed air to complete the cleaning work, and then put the filter into the fuel tank of the lifting equipment, and connect the pipeline. After connecting the filter, be sure to check carefully to ensure that the connection is tight, so that it can be safe and worry-free during use and ensure the normal operation of the elevator equipment.

In order to maintainElevatorIt is necessary to replace the equipment with new oil and pour out the residual oil residue to ensure that the elevator equipment can work stably, which is very important to extend the service life of the equipment.
