2007	Implement the third industrial restructuring and invest in the construction of the "Huaxia City" project covering an area of 16.28 square kilometers.

March 2007	Weihai Huaxia Guild Hall Co., Ltd. was registered and established, which is the star hotel with the largest reception capacity in Weihai.

July 2007	Registered and established Linyi Huaxia Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.

December 2007	Weihai Huaxia Automobile Driver Training Co., Ltd. was incorporated

June 2008	Weihai Huaxia City Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was registered and established, and successfully developed a large-scale real estate project of "Huaxia Mountain and Sea City" covering an area of 2600 mu.

2009	Weihai Huaxia City Tourism Scenic Area Co., Ltd.

March 2010	Weihai Huaxia City Tourism Group Co., Ltd. was established, which is the first tourism group company in Weihai City.

April 2010	Jiangsu Huaxia Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. held a grand groundbreaking ceremony in Jiangyan City, Jiangsu Province
